What are the options available to me to purchase a vehicle if I am at home?
Carloft has now introduced the ability to purchase and schedule servicing of vehicles online and from your home. You can search our inventory of vehicles online, request a test drive and even purchase online or by phone from the comfort and safety of your home. We arrange to have the paperwork sent to you and walk you through the process step-by-step to complete and send back all documents. For any car care services, like summer tire changes or oil changes we now offer pickup and drop off to your home so you can skip the dealership or service centre. You can schedule a service appointment  by emailing ervice@carloft.ca  or carloft.com/service and we will follow up with you within minutes.  Our team will arrange the pickup of your vehicle and it will be returned to you as soon as it is serviced, clean and sanitized and ready to go.
How can I get my car serviced if I am in quarantine?
Email service@carloft.ca and we will schedule your service appointment. We pick up your vehicle and drop it back off to your home sanitized and ready to roll.
I see you are offering deferred payments, how does that work?
We can now defer any payment on a vehicle purchase for up to 6 months. In order to qualify, you need approved credit and this is something our sales team can work with you every step of the way to figure out. We walk you through the process of deferring payments up to and including 6 months and how to apply for credit.  Contact us and we will start the process of getting you approved for a vehicle purchase and our deferred payment program.
I have an existing service apt and I want to change it to a drop off and pickup? How do I do this?
This is no problem at all.  Email service@carloft.ca  and let us know you want to make changes to your existing appointment and we will work with you to reschedule. We are here to help and want you to stay safe while knowing your vehicle is getting the service it needs to run properly.
Do you bring my vehicle back sterilized?
The health and safety of our customers is paramount. We go to great lengths to make sure that your vehicle is cleaned and sterilized once we drop it back off. We use wipes and sanitizers to ensure your car is clean and disinfected. We try to take every precaution and we are following the sanitization guidelines published online by the government and the Ministry of Health.
How can I buy a car completely online?
We are beginning to rollout an entire digital purchasing experience for Carloft. Currently, you can search any vehicle in our inventory online and contact us and we will help you select your dream car by phone or email. We can answer any questions you may have, send you information on any vehicle and help you with the selection process. Once you are ready to choose a vehicle, we will work with you for a contactless purchasing experience. Once your car is licensed and ready to be dropped off, we will sanitize it and bring it to your home curb side.
